How to Eat Instant Noodles Healthy
Nutritionist, dr Titi Sekarindah explained that instant noodles do not recommend consumed by people who are obese, hypertensive or diabetes. Carbohydrates contained in this instant noodles have experienced the process many times that make it very easily absorbed so as to increase blood sugar levels quickly. In addition, in the instant noodle seasoning also contains high levels of salt and preservatives such as monosodium glutamate (MSG), so in people who have hypertension, obesity and diabetes are advised not to consume instant noodles.
While the wax content that is believed to be present in instant noodles will generally melt or disappear when boiled, for that if someone makes instant noodles should not boil water consumed. Everyone should eat a balanced diet that contains complex carbohydrates, protein, fat and also many vegetables. This is so that the nutrients the body needs can be met.
